The Problem
Team urgently required a comprehensive behavior design assessment of product experience. We aimed to identify and implement innovative design strategies that will enhance our activation and retention rates.
This critical audit spotlighted areas for improvement and ensureed product design aligns with best practices and pioneering approaches.
Process
We kicked off with a Behavior Design Workshop to understand user patterns. This led to a detailed Behavior Engagement Audit, revealing key areas for enhancement. Armed with these insights, we crafted a list of prioritized UX changes accompanied by lo-fidelity mockups. To drive retention, we developed a novel Behavior Engine map.
“We brought on Behavior Delta for quick, experience advice on sustaining engagement. We got great advice and incredibly useful insights, but more importantly, the BD Breakdown gave us specific, practical recommendations that we could implement right away.”
