Snaptesting with No Engineering Bandwidth at a Critical Time
Before
Thrive Global Engineering team had no bandwidth to support additional testing cycles. Needed Snaptesting for faster decision making based on behavior data.
After
Built a clone of the app within 2 weeks and conducted high fidelity Snaptesting (real data), 3-4 Snaptests of new features and flows per month, yielded real behavior data to confidently inform key product decisions like onboarding.
The Problem
Fast-growing wellness tech startup, Thrive Global, faced critical product and behavior change decisions and needed to test ideas faster without requiring engineering resources.
They needed quick behavior design expertise and snaptest data to inform decision-making and product priorities for the next 6-12 months that helps end users with behavior change and habit formation.
Process
Cloned app with one of our blackbox tools in 2 weeks to setup high-fidelity Snaptest environment since that product was already in the market, Helped transform ideas into behaviors, and worked hand-in-hand with their UI/UX design for mockups Insights&Sollutions: Behavior Delta Snaptest team developed those designs in a progressive web app to test with real end users (onboarding, activation, retention, etc).
