The Problem
The team was at a crossroads, aiming to determine the viability of developing a mobile app tailored to their business demographic. To make an informed "Go" or "No-Go" decision, they sought to collect relevant behavior data
Process
Behavior Design Workshop & Keynote to align on objectives. Following this, over the next 4 weeks, our team collaborated to execute and launch 12 Snaptests. With the involvement of 6 in-house team members, we gathered and analyzed the results to informed our next steps. These Snaptests not only focused on implementation but also delve into optimizing Prompt Design and enhancing Content Design/Experience.
